Frankenstein



What I observed with reading Frankenstein is the opening and how the story unravels in a
cohesive and interesting way. My main topic and focus is the monster in Frankenstein.
The monster in my opinion is a great and interesting character that should be looked into
more deeply. The monster in Frankenstein is not really a monster emotionally and personally
in my opinion. He wants love and affection from his creator but he gets none of that and none
from anyone and his character amplifies more that just that. In my opinion the monster in
Frankenstein should get more recognition for some of his heroic deeds. The monster has saved
others from danger but he gets abused by his creator and others because of how he looks.
In my point of view in Frankenstein the other characters should try to care for and understand
the monster’s emotions and feelings. The creator Victor in my opinion should work with his
creation in so many more ways instead of fighting against him in other ways. His creator has
no respect for him and I feel like the story would have gone in an interesting and different
direction that the original. This new direction in my point of view would be no hate and
disgust for how the monster looks. The monster should be judged by its actions and it’s
own progression throughout the story. I feel like the monster should evolve more and more
like a genius and work with his creator to do new and spectacular things like experimental
projects and newer creations. I feel like the monster should at first be low minded like it was
but after learning more and more about his creator discover more with scientific knowledge
and a clear understanding of being a genius creature like Bruce Banner from Avengers.
This would change the story drastically but I think it would be more interesting in an alternate
reality or something that can be perceived differently.

With this story in particular I observed and took notice of how impactful and meaningful the story is to me and in my opinion it was exciting and interesting to decipher and analyze. The main topic I would want to focus on is KiKi’s training as a new witch and her relationship with other characters as a whole along with how society treats her. Her training in my opinion could have been better in this novel because she has to learn how to do everything on her own as a witch for the most part but she needs more mentorship in my opinion for at least the majority of her training process. The next thing that has my point of view would be her close relationship with some characters and how she is impacted by them. My personal point of view would have to be how is she affecting them since she’s different as a witch and someone who isn’t more normal and how they react to someone who is a witch in training. The next part that highly interests me is how society sees her in their world not hers....

Interview With a Vampire

I found this novel to be quite interesting with how a vampire’s life is along with his experiences. I found it interesting that Louis the main protagonist explains his life story on his life before and as a vampire. The main idea I want to get across with this novel is the conflict between Lestat, Claudia, and Louis and how it affects their story and perspective on the story. In my opinion, Louis should have escaped Lestat the vampire villain sooner without the consequence of Claudia being turned into a vampire. In my perspective I find it interesting that Lestat teaches Claudia how to kill others but Louis and Claudia start to hate Lestat and try to go against him. I find it interesting how both conflicts of Louis and Lestat grows and evolves into a warlike atmosphere with the two. In my perspective I would want Claudia to attack and fight Lestat with more training and advanced training from Louis to stop Lestat along with their dire experiences. Chinese Ghost Stories

What I saw and observed with one of the chinese ghost stories is how my own perspective and view of how The Return of Yan Zhenjing impacted me in a new way. The main topic of this story for me is the battle between Zhenjing and Xilie and how their fight and confrontation interests me in a narrative point of view. What I found interesting was Zhenjing’s motivation and faith in the son of heaven along with fighting for heaven and earth while his opponent fought for rebels, thieves, and murderers with no belief in anything. I found it interesting on what they fought for and how they were going to attain their goals with completely different motives in mind. In my opinion I would only change how their goals would be accomplished and what would happen afterwards for the future along with the future of the story. From my point of view I would have personally wanted to see more of their backstories and what caused Zhenjing and Xilie to fight to where they are now.  I would want to know m...
